Dyed with cutch and tea on silk. Hung with teak.
Each wall hanging is dyed using the Japanese dye-resist technique called Shibori. Each piece of fabric is bound with hand cut wooden stencils using clamps or string. This ancient technique is how every pattern is created.
Due to the irregular size and shape of the package these are sent in, we’ve included majority of the shipping cost in the price of each scroll.
