When working with natural pigments, it can be difficult to achieve consistent solid color. All items are one of a kind and the natural dye process is just that- natural. It is difficult to say if a dye color or pattern is going to turn out exactly like another. Some of our staple colors (Marigold, Olive, Blush etc.) will come out slightly different in certain dye baths. This means, you may receive a variation of the color posted online. The colors always turn out very similar, if not exact, but can sometimes be a slightly different hue. We will always try and get them as accurate as we can!

Naturally dyed fabric may become discolored if it comes in contact with acidic liquids such as lemon juice or vinegar.

Natural dye is just that- Natural! The products we make will not look manufactured or “perfect”. They are one of kind pieces that are made slow and sustainably.
